Carben Food + Drink

Carben Food +Drink is a modern & dynamic restaurant  in the vibrant Hintonburg area. We were commissioned by Carben to design and make plates and bowls to showcase their colourful expressive food.  Think of each plate and bowl as canvases on which the chef turns food into an art installation. The customers of Carben are each treated to their own unique plated work of art.

The lines and forms are simple and clean and glazed in a variety of neutral tones. We made this dinnerware for Carben in 2015 and are happy to report that it withstands the test of time very well. To this day, we still receive compliments from Carben patrons who visit LOAM hoping to have their own set commissioned.
