Rock Plate

The rock plate was made for 'mise en bouche' to be served before the meal. The plate was made to resemble a hybrid of the limestone from which the old stone houses are constructed and the iron red schist slabs found in Cap Rouge, Quebec. There are 2 styles of rock plates. A multi layer format and a single layer format.
