Pomeroy’s chef and co-owner Richard Wilson was full of ideas of beautiful shapes and colours that would best showcase his meals. It made our work exciting. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He had a clear vision of the possibilities clay afforded him in terms of presenting his dishes in their best light and used this canvas to full effect. The Pomeroy House has since closed but you will find Chef Wilson at Gezellig. We wish him well in his future ventures.
