I first became involved with clay during the 1970's during which I completed a 3 year community college program in ceramics. I worked as a studio potter in Montreal until I returned to school in the 1980's, obtaining a degree in occupational therapy. I worked as an occupational therapist in Toronto,Halifax and Ottawa. Working full time and raising a family left little time for clay. Although, I did managed to keep my hand in mud by attending workshops and taking courses . In retirement I have come full circle and once again consider myself to be a potter.
