We're pleased to offer this 2 day kokedama hanging planter workshop just in time for the weather warming up!
Day 1 (2 hrs): This handbuilding workshop uses slump moulds, soft slabs and LOAM-made templates as a springboard for you to create your kokedama display dish or centrepiece. Choose from a wide array of textures, stamps and rollers to add textures and carved patterns. Your finished work will be glazed in a colour of your choice and fired for you, ready for Day 2.
Day 2 (2 hr): Horticulturist and ceramic artist, Cynthia Poulin, leads you in flexing your green thumb with the kokedama build portion of this unique workshop! Design your kokedama ball with a staghorn fern, moss and twine, set it in your handmade planter and be ready to gift yourself or a loved one with a stunning piece that lasts forever.
Suitable for complete beginners! Ages 15 and up. All materials and tools included.
